Esteemed Members of the Turkish-American Society,

Dear American Friends,

Dear Visitors of our web site,

I have assumed my duty as Consul General on August 1, 2024 at the Consulate General of the Republic of Türkiye in Miami following ten months of Charge d ’Affairs of the Consulate General.

Together with my colleagues at the Consulate General, we will continue to do our best to serve our esteemed citizens and members of related communities. My aim is to reach each and every Turkish citizen living in the area of Consulate Generals' responsibility. We will be available to our citizens 24/7 in our geographical area of jurisdiction, comprising the states of Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina and Puerto Rico.

I want to emphasize that Turkish Consulate General in Miami is your home. While I will do my best to reach out to our Turkish citizens at their business place, office or home, make sure to visit us not only for your consular works but also to meet us.

I intend to bring Turkish community together and create an environment of resilient society including business people, artists, investors, students, housewives, Turkish-American officials as well as all other Turkish people from all the segments of society. It is equally important to merge Turkish and American people for the success of Turkish business people.

I have already seen how successful are the Turkish People in the US. I believe that if the Turkish community continues to stand together and cooperate in related areas of business, not only the US economy but also the Turkish economy will flourish. I am confident that Turkish-American society will keep the tradition of acting within unity and solidarity which will further enhance the standing of our community.

We will remain committed to mobilize every possible tool and use each and every opportunity to safeguard and foster economic, cultural, commercial and social ties between the states in our jurisdiction and our beloved country, Türkiye.

Once again, I want to emphasize that me and my colleagues at the Consulate General are here to serve in the best possible manner. With this understanding your ideas, suggestions are always welcomed to improve quality of our work.

Last but not least, I would like express my gratitude to the members of Turkish-American society for lending their seamless support to the Consulate General and as well as to the improvement of common goal of supporting Turkish people living in our area of jurisdiction.
