H.E. Borge Brende, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway, will pay a visit on 9 September 2016 to express solidarity of the Norwegian Government with Turkey following the failed coup attempt on 15 July 2016.

Foreign Minister Brende will meet with H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, and hold high level contacts. Besides, H.E. Borge Brende will visit the building of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, heavily damaged in the course of coup attempt.
