H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey will visit Uzbekistan to attend the 43^rdSession of the Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) of the OIC to be held in Tashkent on 18-19 October 2016.

H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu will address the Foreign Ministers of the OIC member states at the Tashkent Session as the Chair of the OIC Summit which Turkey has assumed by hosting the 13th Islamic Summit Conference in İstanbul on 14-15 April 2016. On this occassion, H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu is expected to attend the events to be held during the CFM Session and hold various meetings including bilateral with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In addition to monitoring the implementation of the decisions taken at the 13th Islamic Summit Conference,issues of significance for Turkey and the Islamic World will also be addressed at the 43rd Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OIC.
