We learned with great sorrow that as result of a terrorist attack perpetrated today (16 February) at a shrine in Sehwan city of Pakistan’s Sindh Province, many people were killed and injured.

We strongly condemn this heinous terrorist attack targeting the peace and stability of Pakistan and wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives, speedy recovery to the wounded, and convey our condolences to the Government and brotherly people of Pakistan.

Taking this opportunity, we reiterate that Turkey will continue to support brotherly and friendly Pakistan in its resolute fight against terrorism.
